Engineer specialized in Continuous Improvement methodologies. With more than 35 years of experience leading projects of Customer Experience, Change Management, Strategy, Lean Six Sigma and innovation, accompanies organizations that seek to transform and optimize their efficiency and quality.
He was a member of the Board of Directors of the ASQ, is an Academician of the International Academy for Quality, and acts as Vice Chair of the Quality in Governance Think Tank of the International Academy of Quality.
Bachelor in Economics and Certified Scrum Master, leads Lean and Agile projects, and delivers workshops related to process improvement, cultural transformation and customer experience.
In IMCG he also leads development and innovation projects.
Previously, he served as Commercial Manager of Bull Market Brokers S.A. and specialized in economic and financial planning, risk analysis, and budgetary development and control.
Bachelor in Sociology and Consultant in Change Management certified by Prosci.
She leads Change Management projects and works closely with clients, prospects, professional networks and business referents in innovating and developing consulting products and services.
She has worked as a consultant in social and market research projects for the government and private organizations.
She was part of a Wells Fargo Advisors investors team, leading the Costumer Experience area.
She leads multidisciplinary improvement teams, and is specialized in improvement and innovation methodologies (Lean Six Sigma DMAIC / DMADV, Kaizen, Agile).
With 10 years of experience being the methodological support in the improvement community of Telefónica and 14 years in Customer Experience, she is CCO of BleCX, strategic partner of IMCG.
Industrial Engineer and Six Sigma Black Belt certified by ASQ, with 18 years of leadership in projects related to quality in telecommunications, logistics and financial industries.
As Project and Quality Manager of Telefónica, he led the winning teams in the Team Excellence Award Competition (ASQ 2010-2016). He is currently Chair of the Local Member Community of ASQ in Argentina.
With over 150 simultaneous projects to improve and transform Customer Experience, it is COC of BleCX, IMCG’s strategic partner.
Extensive experience in quality models, process improvement, robotic process automation (RPA), Customer Experience, service models and project management.
Throughout his career, he has led and developed various project teams, and managed Marketing, Commercial, Quality, Customer Experience and Customer Care areas.
His 20 years of experience in the Telecommunications, Insurance, Services, Banking, Transportation and Tourism industries make him a person of constant learning and excellent adaptability.
He is certified as Six Sigma Black Belt, Lead Auditor ISO 9001 and COPC PSIC Coordinator (Quality CX Certification).
